This cruise starts at George Town, the cruising headquarters of the Exumas, a compact and friendly town. Why not arrive a day or two early before meeting us to explore the area.
We will provision in George Town before heading north up the Exuma island chain. We will set off out the cut into the deep water of the "sound" for a 35 mile sail to Cave Cay to anchor for the night. From Cave Cay we can stay on the shallow protected side of the island chain. We have many amazing stops. Black Point, the charming Staniel Cay (home of the famous swimming pigs). Onwards to the idyllic Exuma Cays including Bell Island, the famous Land & Sea Park, Hawksbill, Shroud Cay, & Norman's cay. Sailing is in the protected waters of the Exuma islands. From Highbourne Cay we sail 30 miles across the banks to drop off at bustling Nassau.
