Cascais is a charming seaside town just a few miles from Lisbon. We will provision here for the offshoot passage ahead. It's over 600 miles to Lanzarote but we may not do the route direct. Depending on the weather we might make a stop in Morocco, either at Tangier or more likely at Rabat on the west coast. Prevailing winds are from North and Northeast meaning we have the wind behind us in November.

The Grenadines are a series of small and beautiful islands all a few miles apart making for a fabulous cruising ground. It's been more than 10 years since we visited these lovely islands and we look forward to planning out the detailed itinerary for this trip.
